Refund policy

Refunds & Returns Information:

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, then you have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us and we will be happy to offer you a replacement product (dependent on stock) or a refund (unless this is a made to order item). After this 14 day period has ended, we will not be able to accept the return of any items purchased unless they are faulty.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are returned to us in a re-sellable condition, unused and with the correct packaging. Please note that all items are checked thoroughly on return before a refund will be issued. If the item has been opened or unwrapped from its packaging, we will charge a 15% repackaging fee from your refund. Please ensure where possible that you do not rip or tear packaging, as this may damage the product and will also better prepare yourself in the event of a return. Please also do not dispose of any packaging until you are certain you are keeping your item(s). If the item is faulty or damaged, then we will cover the cost of returning the item to us. However, if you are just returning the item as you have changed your mind, then it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping. Will we issue a refund as standard within 14 days. After your refund has been issued please allow 2-5 working days for any banking processes. All refunds are subjective depending on the reason for the refund.

 

Made to order items.

We do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges for items which are made to order or personalised as they have been designed and ordered just for you. There is also no returns if the sofa doesn’t fit in your home so please make sure you triple check measurements before you purchase.
