Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your order in up to 14 working days. We do aim to keep our customers up to date on any delays that may occur, and we will always seek to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, this may not always be possible, and we will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery.
Delivery Information:
Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm.You will receive a notification on the day of delivery, from the from the shipping company, to let you know when your item(s) will be delivered. Please note that for security reasons, a signature may be required on receipt.
Damaged Items:
Although it is rare, some items may get damaged when on their way to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item so that we can replace any items (stock dependent) quickly for you. After this time period, we will not accept any claims of obvious damage. We will ask for a photograph and description of the issue to be emailed to us. Please note that without the correct information and imagery being sent to us with in the 24-hour timeframe, we cannot investigate the issue. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number as this will be needed as proof of purchase.
